Naomi is the Director of On Country Programs and oversees the delivery of Jabalbina's youth support initiatives, including the previous On Country program, the intensive on country program YOEY’s, Staying On Track, Intensive On Country, Regional Reset, and early intervention programs. With extensive experience managing programs in Cape York and northwest communities alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families, Naomi is passionate about creating culturally strong pathways that support positive outcomes, connection to culture, and long-term wellbeing.

"Don't let this chapter define the rest of your life. Everyone makes mistakes, but impulsive decision don't have to determine your future. Learn from it, keep moving forward, and believe in your ability to create a better path."
